5 rounds for maximum repetitions of:

Pull ups

Single Leg Squats

* 2 minutes rest between rounds. Perform all max reps on weaker leg first, then on stronger leg.

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Knees to Elbows

10 Push ups

5 Double Leg Forward Bounds

Post number of repetitions and number of rounds, respectively, to “comments”

Keep training that body control…

    Andrea – 5 x 5 Mike-assisted pull ups (Lats sore)
    5 x 12 reps (ea. leg) box sit pistols

    Garrett – 7, 6, 4, 4, 3 chin ups
    5 x 12 reps (ea. leg) box sit pistols

    * No rest btwn sets
    * Free pistols with hand/pole assistance next time
