3 sets of 30 steps:

Walking Lunges

* 1 minutes rest between sets. Pausing longer than 5 seconds constitutes end of set.

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 Knees to Elbows

10 Push ups

5 Double Leg Forward Bounds

Post number of repetitions/sets and number of rounds, respectively, to “comments”

    Andrea – Lunges as RX’d, 6 rnds + 5 bounds + 4 K to E’s (1/2 K to E’s, knee push ups)

    Meyy – Lunges as RX’d, 7 rnds (3/4 K to E’s)

    Tina S. – 6-8-10 step back lunges (w/ 1 min rest), 3 rnds (only 8 knee push ups last rnd, 1/4 K to E’s)

    • Hey Meyy. 3/4 means you were coming about 3/4 of the way to your elbows with your knees (not quite touching every time, am I right?). K to E = Knees to Elbows.
