Push ups

* Rest only as long as it takes partner to complete set

Then,

5 rounds of:

15 Step ups

15 Ring Rows

* Not timed, but no rest between sets

Then,

5 rounds of 2 minutes of work, 1 minute of rest of:

Jump Rope

    Andrea 10 – 10 – 6

    Ring Rows:

    Both got to about 45 degree body angle.
