“Freezing Fitness”

Skill:

Single Leg Squats

Then,

Perform 3 rounds of one minute maximum repetitions of:

Pull ups
Push ups
Squats

Post number of repetitions per round to comments.

And, here’s one of the greatest fights of all time. May this help to inspire the fight that will be needed to keep coming out and taking on these workouts.
