Jump Rope

* 1 minute rest between rounds


3 rounds for time of:

10 Pull ups

30 Walking Lunges

And then,

2 rounds untimed of:

10 Reverse Hip Extensions

10 Dips

10 Knees to Elbows

    – 14:25
    – as rx’d except K to E’s were 2-3 at a time and 2nd set only 5 K to E’s completed
