Ah, Christmas and Chanukah have passed! Not that it wasn’t fun. It’s always fun to celebrate the new season and to share with family and friends. But, I don’t know about you, it’s also a time when I give myself free range on eating any sweets around. So, after a bloated few days I am inspired and ready to get eating clean and training hard again. I hope you all are too!
Here’s tomorrow’s deal:
Pull ups / Speed Pull ups
Then, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 Bulgarian Split Squats (each side)
15 Prone Legs/Arms Raise
Post Strength/Skill performance and number of rounds completed to comments.

Understand that you control your body and seek to develop mastery of it’s movements. I think this is how conscious beings ought to approach exercise.
