5 Pull ups
200m Run

    Jonathan – 25 sec full L Hang, 4 rounds

    Meyy – Assisted full L Hang, 3 rounds + 5 SLS’s

    Ini – Like 6 sec. full L Hang (I forgot, know you held it for some time…), 3 rounds

    Garrett – Same – Like 6 sec. full L Hang (I forgot, know you held it for some time…), 3 rounds.

    Wow, looks like Ini’s competition for Garrett (according to my recall)…
