  1. Ah, the sun’s out at 6 30am these days. Well, it’s getting there. Spring is on the way!

    Garrett: better DU’s – relax the shoulers! = faster rope speed, better jumps (no knee bending). Locked out the L hang for 8 – 10 sec. 3 rounds in 21 min.

    Meyy: 12 DU’s. Great. Assisted L Hang – Hold the breath! 1 round of workout before taking off to work.
