We’re a bunch of New Yorker’s looking to move better and get fitter while enjoying the Central Park outdoors and motivating group camaraderie.
Old School Fitness NYC grew from the desire to create a community of people who believe in the power of self improvement through disciplined physical training.
Our training involves minimal equipment, focusing on enhancing body control, strength, and skill through gymnastic/bodyweight training, weight lifting, and metabolic conditioning.
This group is open to everyone. The training program is fully scalable to all levels of ability. Participation is free of cost.
Classes are currently being held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30am and Saturdays at 11am.
