Basically, eating is simple. Just take it back to the old school, way old school, 2,000 years ago old school. Back to when we lived in tribes and took our food directly from the earth, foraging and hunting.
Turns out, the way humans were meant to eat, the way we ate for thousands of years, is also the way that keeps our energy high and steady and our hearts pumping for years to come.
